FEDORA is looking for a Transformation & Partnerships Coordinator to join its Innovation & Partnerships Department in Paris. The Coordinator will oversee a portfolio of strategic partnerships and contribute to the implementation of innovation-oriented initiatives connected to FEDORA’s work in sustainability, inclusion, and digital transformation.

A core part of the role will be the coordination of activities under the Next Stage Initiative, which was launched by FEDORA to encourage green, inclusive, and digital transformation in the performing arts sector. The successful candidate will help strengthen FEDORA’s collaborations with European and international partners while ensuring the effective delivery of partnership-based programmes and events.

Transformation & Partnerships Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

Partnerships management

  • Coordinate relationships with FEDORA’s strategic partners, including European platforms, Theatre Green Book, Prize Expert partners, international partners, and other institutional or sector-specific collaborators.
  • Support the implementation and follow-up of partnership activities, including meetings, events, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and joint actions.
  • Contribute to the coordination of projects related to sustainability, including carbon footprint initiatives and other innovation-related partnerships.
  • Prepare partnership materials, presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up documents.
  • Monitor timelines, commitments, and deliverables linked to partnership agreements and collaborative projects.

Next Stage Initiative coordination

  • Support the coordination of Next Stage Capacity-Building Sessions, including planning, logistics, stakeholder liaison, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate the Next Stage Grants cycle as a biennial programme.
  • Contribute to the preparation and management of calls for applications and the sourcing of relevant projects.
  • Manage applicants throughout the process and support communication with participating organisations and artists.
  • Coordinate jury processes, including scheduling, documentation, and liaison with experts.
  • Ensure follow-up with grant recipients and contribute to winner alumni management by tracking project development and maintaining long-term engagement.

Innovation and programme support

  • Contribute to research, benchmarking, and coordination activities related to innovation in the opera and dance sector.
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration with communications, fundraising, and management teams on partnership and innovation initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting reports, concept notes, and strategic documents linked to the department’s activities.

Profile:

Education and experience

  • Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in arts and cultural management, international relations, European affairs, sustainability, innovation management, or project management.
  • Previous experience in partnership coordination, programme management, stakeholder relations, or event and project delivery is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the cultural, non-profit, international, or European cooperation sector is an asset.

Skills

  • Excellent coordination and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in an international environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM and project management tools is an advantage.

Languages

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Fluent written and spoken French.
  • Additional European languages are an advantage.

Contract details:

  • Start date: As of September 2026
  • Contract type: full-time contract CDD (with possibility to be extended into CDI)

Work locations:

  • Palais Garnier, 8 rue Scribe, 75009 Paris.
  • 79 rue du Mont-Cenis, 75018 Paris.
  • Remote working.
